Merry Christmas: WPC Path

In life one has a choice to take one of two paths: to wait for some special day – or to celebrate each special day.”

Rasheed Ogunlaru

Some unexpected twists on the path to Christmas have caused us to cancel  plans to be with our northern family members. While we are sad to miss our family celebrations, we understand more than ever the truth of Mr. Ogunlaru’s message above.

This capture was made during the one and only time in 16 years that I’ve seen snow on our little island – it seemed appropriate both for the season and for this week’s challenge.

Here’s wishing everyone peace and joy during the holidays and into the New Year.

    • Thanks Amy! Actually it was 72 and sunny–that was an older photo. We had other reasons for staying put and everything turned out well so no complaints. Thanks for stopping by and Happy New Year to you!

  7. I would say a most appropriate pic for this quote given the slippery path you have been on with your man this Christmas… not a path of choice, but made very special….. as you always take the high road, my friend…. Grateful
